5 years: the biography on Clare W. Graves

The biography is intended as a memorial to a developmental psychologist named Clare W. Graves, who taught at Union College in Schenectady, New York, USA. He laid the foundation for the theory on which the model of 9 levels is based. It is thanks to Don Beck and Chris Cowan’s book Spiral Dynamics that the theory has been preserved and has been widely disseminated worldwide.

Rainer Krumm and Benedikt Parstorfer have analyzed and summarized all available texts, sound documents, and film sequences in order to set Clare W. Graves a monument. Even his diploma and doctoral theses were done by the authors in order to gather as much information as possible, since the original documents are very difficult to obtain.

Last year this biography was also published in English.
