Their thinking is aligned with achieving objectives – but in combination with team thinking, mutual action and formation of a consensus. The objective is long-term mutual securing of success. Meetings, persons and relationships are more important to him than the object. Green is in a continuous dialogue with his environment. As compared to Blue and Orange, Green is thinking less in absolutes but rather weighing different opinions against each other. Participation and inclusion are important terms in cooperation.
